The price in the online store at the time of the order is decisive.
1.2. Conclusion of Contract and Rescission
All information about goods and prices on the homepage of ROCKET Longboards are subject to change and non-binding. By placing an order via the homepage, the customer submits a binding offer.
ROCKET Longboards confirms the acceptance by e-mail to the customer. Only with this explicit acceptance, a contract is concluded and the customer is entitled to delivery of the goods.
If the goods ordered by the Customer are not available in the desired quantity or at the price indicated on the homepage, ROCKET Longboards shall notify the Customer as soon as possible. In this case, the contract is valid only when the Customer confirms the corrected order again by e-mail. Orders and agreements made by telephone are only valid if they are confirmed in writing or by e-mail.
In case of writing, printing, or calculation errors on the homepage, ROCKET Longboards is entitled to cancel the contract free of charge.

The payment of the ordered goods is made in advance via PayPal or direct bank transfer.
1.4. Delivery
Orders from private persons will be shipped worldwide free of charge.
All international shipments are shipped latest within 2 weeks after the payment has been received.
An exception is preorders – where the approximate date of delivery is communicated beforehand.
Every board that leaves our workshop gets a tracking number which will be communicated via email.
For dealer and distribution orders, the shipping costs of the Swiss Post apply.
Delivery timelines depend on the order backlog and will be communicated at the earliest time possible.
Customs and import duties may be applied to your order when it reaches its destination. We are not responsible for your duty fees. Please note that Switzerland is not part of the European Union.
1.5. Reservation of Proprietary Rights
Until full settlement of all claims against the customer, the delivered goods remain the property of ROCKET Longboards.
1.6. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
You can cancel your order before the board leaves our workshop. We will return your payment via the same option you made (PayPal or direct bank transfer) excluding the PayPal fees and bank fees that were incurred to ROCKET Longboards from this order.
The return of a board is accepted only if it is new and unused. ROCKET Longboards must be informed in advance about a return. In addition, the buyer is charged the shipping costs, return shipping costs, and other costs incurred to ROCKET Longboards from this order, such as PayPal fees.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@rocketlongboards.com and we will do our best to work with you toward a solution.
