All our boards and orders over 100 Swiss Francs include free shipping worldwide.
We are based in Steinen SZ, in the middle of Switzerland.
All shipping/delivery is handled via the Swiss Post. Once your board is ready (this takes a maximum of 2 weeks) it should arrive within 2-4 business days.
For Switzerland and Liechtenstein we offer free shipping on all orders.
All international private orders are shipped latest within 2 weeks after the payment has been received. An exception are preorders – where the approximate date of delivery is communicated beforehand. Delivery times vary strongly depending on the country.
Customs and import duties may be applied to your order when it reaches its destination. We are not responsible for your duty fees. Please note that Switzerland is not part of the European Union (EU).
For dealer and distribution orders, the shipping costs of ups apply.
Delivery timelines depend on the order backlog and will be communicated at the earliest time possible.
In general shipping/delivery for your board is handled via ups. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to send parcels with Swiss Post.
T-Shirts and grip tape are shipped with the Swiss Post as a small consignment without a tracking number. Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on the quantity purchased and your location. If your order is over 100 Swiss francs, shipping is on us. If you would like to opt for Shipping incl. Tracking Number, please contact us beforehand and we’ll send you an (Paypal-)invoice.
What if the package doesn’t arrive?
Every board that leaves our workshop gets a tracking number which you will get via email. T-Shirts and griptape are sent as a small consignment without tracking number. If you would like to opt for Shipping incl. Tracking Number, please contact us beforehand and we’ll send you an (Paypal-)invoice.
In case your package isn’t moving for a long while or hasn’t arrived, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to find a solution.
We guarantee to deliver the boards and other products in perfect quality. Nevertheless, if there are defects in the delivered goods or you are somehow unhappy with it, reach out to us directly, preferably by email to email@example.com
The return of a board is accepted only if it is new and unused. Please contact us in advance about a return by the email mentioned above.
